(RTTNews) - Tuesday, major statistical reports due for the day include UK's consumer price inflation figures and the Eurozone trade balance. At 2.00am ET, producer price inflation data for October is due from Statistics Finland. Producer prices had dropped 9.4% annually and was down 0.2% on a monthly basis in September. At 3:00 am ET, Hungary's Central Statistical Office is scheduled to release average gross earnings for September. Economists expect average gross wages to increase 0.1% year-on-year, after the 0.6% growth seen in the previous month. Swiss retail sales figures for September are due from the Federal Statistical Office at 3:15 am ET. Sales had dropped 1% both on a monthly and yearly basis in August. At 4:30 am ET, the U.K.'s Office for National Statistics is slated to issue consumer price inflation figures for October. Year-on-year, consumer prices are tipped to rise 1.4% in October, faster than the 1.1% increase in the preceding month. The monthly inflation rate is seen at 0.1%, after prices remained flat in September. Economists expect UK retail prices to fall 0.9% year-on-year in October, slower than the 1.4% decline in the prior month. On monthly basis, prices are forecast to edge up 0.1%, after the 0.4% growth reported in September. Elsewhere, unemployment figures for September are due from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia. The unemployment rate stood at 9.4% in August. Half an hour later, the Eurostat is expected to release September's trade statistics for the Eurozone. In August, the seasonally adjusted trade balance logged a surplus of EUR 1 billion, while a deficit of EUR 4 billion was registered on an unadjusted basis. Afterwards at 6:00 am ET, the Statistics Portugal is set to issue unemployment data for the third quarter. The unemployment rate was 9.1% in the previous quarter.
